Sign In is the process of login the Customer Portal, follow below steps to log in to Konica Minolta Customer Portal:

New Registration:

  1. Go to Sign In Tab
  2. Go to Sign Up/ Register Tab
  3. Enter your registered Mobile No.
  4. Press Submit
  5. Note: You will receive an OTP on your Mobile No.
  6. Enter this code in OTP
  7. Press Register

Existing Account:

  1. Go to Sign In Tab
  2. Enter Username and Password

An OTP code is required to authenticate first time login User for successful Registration followed by Sign In to Konica Minolta Customer Portal. To generate OTP, please enter your registered mobile number in the 'Sign Up / Register' section.

Please call at the Konica Minolta Customer Care Centre and raise request.

After you are able to log in, from the Blue Horizontal Bar, select Registered Devices. You will then see list of Machines already registered under your name - My Registered Devices.

To register a new Machine, follow these steps:

  1. Press Register button
  2. Enter the Machine Serial Number
  3. Press Submit
  4. Note: After successful Registration, Machine will be visible under ‘My Registered Devices’.

Same as 'How to Register my Machine?'

You would need to call at the Konica Minolta Customer Care Centre to know about this information.

Go to Registered Devices, from the displayed list of My Registered Devices, click on the down arrow button and from the picklist select Un-Register Device, as shown below:

Update Un-Register Device as ‘Yes’ and Submit:

To view past Service Tickets and Machine details, go to Registered Devices, from the displayed list of My Registered Devices, click on the down arrow button and from the picklist select View Details, as shown below:

To view additional details of a specific Ticket, select the down arrow and below page(s) are opened:

To view Work Details of Service Ticket, select the down arrow:

To Raise Corrective Maintenance Ticket:

  1. Go to Raise Tickets tab on the Blue Horizontal Bar
  2. Enter short description of the issue in Problem Description field
  3. Enter Contact Number on which you want to receive Ticket related information.
  4. Basis Contact Number, Contact field on the form will be updated with the Contact’s Name

  6. In case the Number is not a Registered Contact in Konica Minolta CRM database, Portal will prompt to create a new Contact.
    1. To Create New Contact, click on the link

    3. Update new Contact’s Name and Submit the details:

    5. Post successful Contact creation below message will be prompted. Click on Raise Ticket tab on the horizontal blue bar to log the ticket on behalf of new Contact created.

  7. Select Service Call Type = CM (Corrective Measure)
  8. Select Machine Sr. No.
  9. Enter brief summary of the problem faced in Remarks
  10. Select values for Problem Category and Problem Sub Category
  11. Submit
  12. Note: In case of issue faced while Ticket Logging, please contact Konica Minolta Customer Care Centre.

To Raise Toner Request Ticket:

  1. Go to Raise Tickets tab on the Blue Horizontal Bar
  2. Enter short description of the issue in Problem Description field
  3. Enter Contact Number on which you want to receive Ticket related information.
  4. Basis Contact Number, Contact field on the form will be updated with the Contact’s Name

  6. In case the Number is not a Registered Contact in Konica Minolta CRM database, Portal will prompt to create a new Contact.
    1. To Create New Contact, click on the link

    3. Update new Contact’s Name and Submit the details:

    5. Post successful Contact creation below message will be prompted. Click on Raise Ticket tab on the horizontal blue bar to log the ticket on behalf of new Contact created.

  7. Select Service Call Type = Toner Call
  8. Select Machine Sr. No.
  9. Enter brief summary of the problem faced in Remarks
  10. Update Requested and Stock-In Hand Quantities
  11. Update Current Counters (Meter Reading)
  12. Submit
  13. Note: In case of issue faced while Ticket Logging, please contact Konica Minolta Customer Care Centre.
